What the price includes

Map of the south-east of Lanzarote showing Puerto Calero marina on the south coast, Puerto del Carmen and the airport to the east, Arrecife and Costa Teguise further north-east, and Playa Blanca at the southern tip
The free bus runs to Puerto Calero marina from Playa Blanca, Puerto del Carmen and Costa Teguise.
  • The dive: about 50 minutes under the water, normally 25 to 30 metres down, with about an hour on board once boarding is counted.
  • The audio guide: headphones and commentary in ten languages, English, Spanish, German, French and Dutch among them.
  • The bus: the transfer from Playa Blanca, Puerto del Carmen or Costa Teguise costs nothing extra. Playa Blanca’s bus serves the 11:00 and 13:00 dives; the Puerto del Carmen and Costa Teguise bus serves the 12:00 and 14:00 dives.
  • Keepsakes: a personal dive certificate and a fish chart.

Not included: food and drink. Nothing is served on board; the Submarine Safaris office in the marina sells drinks and snacks before and after.

What children pay

Children of 2 to 14 pay a child fare, €42 on the operator’s list price against €65 for an adult (€39.90 and €61.75 booked online direct; read in October 2026). Children under 2 cannot go at all, because of the safety equipment on board, so there is no infant ticket. On GetYourGuide the calendar shows the price for each age once you pick a date and the number of people. Children, pregnancy and access covers who can go.

For a family, the submarine is the only one of these that takes a child under 5 below the surface, and with the bus included there is no taxi to add. For an adult who can swim, a first scuba dive, from US$83, puts you in the water with the fish; scuba diving in Lanzarote for beginners compares them.
